Formed in 1976 and headquartered in Wixom, Michigan, Form Tech Concrete Forms, Inc. (Form Tech) is one of the largest, independent (non-manufacturer) suppliers of concrete forming and shoring equipment in the United States.  Form Tech generates the majority of its sales via renting forming and shoring equipment.  The Company owns and re-rents several different types/brands of systems, each of which is used for particular applications depending on the customers’ needs.  Form Tech also offers a wide variety of consumable and saleable products related to the application of the forming and shoring equipment rentals.  The Company’s products are primarily used by general contractors and concrete sub-contractors in commercial construction projects, which have a heavy reliance on concrete foundations and structures.
