Uncle Milton Industries, based in Agoura Hills, California, is a creator, developer, and marketer of science themed and nature based education toys that are sold through large retailers, mass and specialty merchants, and online retailers.  Uncle Milton was founded in 1946 and is best known for creating the Ant Farm product line in 1956.  The Company’s success with the Ant Farm brand has helped establish Uncle Milton’s reputation as a leading and well known player in the education and science segments of the toy industry, generally targeting children in the 0-12 age group.

MMF invested $4.75 million in Uncle Milton to support the acquisition by KCB Management LLC.
