K2 Industrial Services is an outsourced provider of a broad range of services to a variety of end-markets, including facilities in the steel, refining, power, paper and chemical industries. The Company performs mission-critical industrial cleaning (hydro-blasting, vacuum services, hydro excavation, etc.), “multi-craft” services (coating, insulation, and roofing), and specialty services that stem from regular and routine maintenance, planned shutdowns, scheduled turnarounds or outages.  The Company is also capable of handling capital works, unplanned projects, and emergency projects as needed. K2’s services ensure customers’ production equipment operates safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.

Midwest Mezzanine Funds invested subordinated debt to assist The Halifax Group, the Company’s equity sponsor, with a refinancing of K2’s existing debt.
