Hercules Enterprises, headquartered outside of Newark, NJ, is a leading manufacturer of chassis and specialty trailers used to carry intermodal shipping containers to and from ports, rail terminals, origin and final destination.  The Company also produces roll off containers and shipping containers as well as remanufacturers used chassis. Hercules customers include chassis leasing companies, trucking companies, dealers, government agencies and captive fleet owners.

MMF invested $10 million of subordinated debt and equity to support the acquisition of Hercules Enterprises by Baymark Partners.
